We then went over a PEC paragraph. This is the grade 8 standard for paragraph writing. P (point) E (Explanation and Evidence) and C (conclusion).
You were given an example paragraph and asked to highlight:
1. The Point (topic sentence)
2. Explanation sentence (X3)
3. Evidence sentence (X3)
4. Conclusion
